Welcome to the course Designing and Developing Online Assessments. My Name is Freida Palma and I will be your facilitator for this course. I am currently the Director of Open and Distance Learning at the University of Belize and have been actively involved in E-Learning for over 10+ years. I am dedicated and committed to creating an E-Learning environment with a seamless end user experience that complements teaching and learning in Higher Education. I look forward to meeting each one of you virtually during this course.
